Description The Royal Australian Navy oiler HMAS Supply (A195) refuels a U.S. Navy destroyer, in July 1967. The aircraft carrier USS Hornet (CVS-12) is partly visible at left. Units centered around the Hornet and the Royal Australian Navy aircraft carrier HMAS Melbourne (R21) participated in exercise "Sea Dog", in July 1967. The exercise included the protection of a convoy from attaking carrier aircraft and from submarines.
