Description
Deutsch: Das vom Kaiser Marienkirche gestiftete Fenster mit Glasmalerei. Anmerkungen: 11m hoch, am Sockel befinden sich die Wappen der Hohenzollern und der Nürnberger Burggrafen, die bildlichen Darstellungen, stellen Episoden aus der lübeckischen geschichte dar, das Hauptbild zeigt die Bestätigung der Privilegien durch Kaiser Friedrich Barbarossa im Jahre 1181, im oberen Drittel deuten Bibel und Kelch auf die Einführung der Reformation in Lübeck hin, zu beiden Seiten befinden sich Medaillien mit dem Bildnis des Reformators Bugenhagen (erster Lübecker Superintendent), in der Spitze ist die Lubeca mit dem Modell eines Segelschiffes und dem Stadtwappen dargestellt, im Spitzbogen selbst das von schwebenden Puten umkränzte alte schwäbische Wappenschild der Hohenstaufen.
