Description
English: The 3D structure (PDB ID: 3MIA) of the complex containing Cdk9 (blue), cyclin T1 (cyan) and Tat (orange) is illustrated using a ribbon diagram (top), and a surface representation (bottom). ATP (magenta) and magnesium (purple) bound to the active site and the two zinc atoms (yellow) involved in the interaction between Tat and cyclin T1 are shown.
