Description Some of the new benches added at Elbow falls after the floods of 2013 the white area you see was once forest the soil was about 4 to 5 feet higher than what you see now, some 17,000 cubic meters of material was washed away along with hundreds trees , picnic sites and pathways etc what remains now is a vast area of washed clean river rock, but plants will cover the ground again as they have for millions of years and one day there may be forest there again.
