Omschrijving: De Poolse jezuïet Stanislaus Kostka zit geknield in een kerk. Hij ontvangt de heilige communie (geconsacreerde hostie en een slok uit de miskelk) van twee engelen. In de hemel de heilige Barbara, in haar armen haar attribuut de toren, omringd door engelen en cherubijnen. In de marge een zesregelig onderschrift, in twee kolommen, in het Latijn.
