English: KUNDUZ, Afghanistan-German Minister of Defence, Karl-Theodor Freiherr zu Guttenberg visited the provincial reconstruction team in Kunduz Province with five members of parliament on December 11, 2009. During his visit he joined the Commander of PRT Kunduz for a meeting with senior provincial security and government officials. Minister zu Guttenberg also gave a speech to soldiers stating that a decision concerning Germany's ISAF contingent would be reached after next month's London conference on Afghanistan.
