Description
Norsk bokmål: Gurudwaraen i Drammen/Lier er et forsamlingshus for sikher hvor de både ukentlig og på helligdager samles for å tilbe Gud. Hver uke samles flere hundre personer seg for å tilbe sin bønn, men samtidig også høre på tekster og sanger fra vår hellige bok, Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Etter gudtjenesten er alle velkomne til langar, et gratis spisemåltid som ble satt i gang av vår første Guru, Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.

Gurudwaraen er åpent for alle mennesker og hvem som helst kan komme å besøke det uansett religion, kjønn, nasjonalitet, meninger osv. Før du går inn i selve Gurudwaraen må du ta av deg skoene, dekke hodet, vaske hendene, evt.føtter og ikke ha noen som helst form for rusmidler på deg. (Tobakk, alkohol osv.)
