ment is entitled to tho respect Of all. They will state facts to you, andyou will be benefited by believing what they tell you. From the Cincinnati Daily Times, March 11th, 1859.Personal.—Dr. J. C. Gnnn, the well-known author of Gunns Domestic Medicine, and recently ofa new and much larger work of a similar character, called Gunns New Domestic Physician, arrived inour city yesterday morning, and is stopping at the Walnut Street House. Tho Doctor seems to enjoy hiawonted good health, and looks as hale and sprightly as a man of but forty or forty-five, excepting a slightlameness yet from the accident caused last summer by being thrown from his horse in one of the streets ofLouisville, where he resides. He is still engaged, we believe, in the practice of medicine, and bids fair to livemany years yet; but should he quit the practice, he will still have done by his writings, and especiallyby his late work, more good to sufforing humanity, probably, than often falls to the lot of one man.
