Finemarble group of the Virgin and InfantChrist, by Michael Angelo, the in-teresting tomb of Charles the Bold,and his daughter. The effigies areof copper, and the finest specimensof the kind extant. Notice the admir-ably carved pulpit and the excellentpaintings. Near here is the Hospitalof St. John, 500 years old and con-taining the gems of Bruges; Memlingspaintings, the story of St. Ursala. Theyalone, are worth coming here to see.There are also other paintings hereby the same master.
