English: 11 April 2006: Marines with Kilo Company, 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment (K. Co. 3/3) search the inside of a cave located in the town of Haqlaniyah, Al Anbar Province, Iraq that may be suspected for housing improvised explosive device making material while other Marines with K. Co. 3/3 conduct a cordon and knock through the town in support of Operation Guardian Tiger during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 7, is deployed with I MEF (FWD) in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Al Anbar Province, Iraq (MNF-W) to develop the Iraqi Security Forces, facilitate the development of official rule of law through democratic government reforms, and continues the development of a market based economy centered on Iraqi reconstruction.
