Description

Fähranleger in Schacht-Audorf über den Nord-Ostsee-Kanal

Unten im Bild die Fähre "Küstrin", erkennbar am Fahrstand auf Stahlschienen fast über den Autos. Diese Bauart war nach Auskunft des Personals der Prototyp der Kanalfähren, alle späteren Versionen hatten diese Stahlschienen nicht.

Oben im Bild die Fähre "Memel", schlecht erkennbar am roten Fleck vor dem gelb-schwarzen Schornstein. Das rote ist eine Feuerlöschkanone, die andere Fähren dieser Bauart nicht haben.
