| Description |
English: Groyne Taken from the beach at low tide as it emerges from the shingle on the beach. The neo-Stalinist monstrosity on the left is the Holiday Inn whilst the backs of Regency Square are on the right. The groyne is roughly in alignment with Preston Street which is between the two buildings in the middle. At this juncture the weather was becoming somewhat strange, the sun was setting in the west whilst the grey skies to the north pressaged a small flurry of snow that lasted little more than a couple of minutes. |
