Title
Group of working class children standing in Hocking Street Brompton - Town Planning Negatives
Description

GP negative marked "Hocking Street" (G Brooks)

This is probably Hocking Street, Brompton. It is too short to be Hocking Place, Adelaide. I saw a photograph at Hammersmith Woodturners of this house (second building to the left) to the left foreground that was later demolished. It appeared to have the same eaves and door and window location. I think that the photograph was taken from the north (the children's shadows support this) looking south. (J Davis)
