Description
English: 070309-N-6091H-035 NORFOLK, Va. (March 9, 2007) - Navy Officials and civilian contractors break ground in a ceremony for Navy Reserve Forces Command's new administrative facility at Naval Support Activity, Norfolk. An estimated 300 Navy personnel and 100 civilians will work in the new building upon relocation from New Orleans, La. The building is expected to open in 2009.
