Deutsch: Wappen der Gemeinde Groß Disnack im Kreis Herzogtum Lauenburg, Schleswig-Holstein.
Blasonierung: Von Gold, darin ein rotes achtspitziges Tatzenkreuz, und Grün, darin drei fächerförmig gestellte goldene Kornähren, in Bogenteilung zum Schildhaupt geteilt.
