Description
Nederlands: De sporen bij het hoofdstation Groningen gezien vanaf het stationsgebouw. De bosschages rechtsachter horen bij het terrein van de Savornin Lohman (Rozenburg), dat eind 19e eeuw is verdwenen. Het hoge witte gebouw op de achtergrond is de oude school, die in 1929 plaatsmaakte voor de Rabenhauptschool. Op de achtergrond het Sterrebos met de toenmalige watertoren. De bebouwing aan de Achterweg en Davidstraat werd deels rond 1900 en deels (soms nogmaals) in de jaren 1970 gesloopt.
