Deutsch: Groß Nordende (Schleswig-Holstein) – Dorfstraße 36 – Ehem. Hof von Drathen/Schwartau (Hof 12) – Foto 2020 – Das Foto zeigt das Haupthaus des Hofs Schwartau, das mehrfach verändert wurde. Das ursprüngliche Hallenhaus wurde 1911 durch einen Stall erweitert, wodurch der Giebel die asymmetrische Form erhielt. Links hat man einen Wohntrakt angebaut. Das Reetdach wurde 1974 durch ein Eternitdach ersetzt. Rechts im Bild ist die 1907 gebaute Scheune zu sehen. Gegenüber auf der linken Seite der Hofeinfahrt stand eine weitere Scheune aus dem Jahr 1911, die 2001 nach Blitzschlag abbrannte und nicht wieder aufgebaut wurde. – Im Erdbuch von 1791 ist das Anwesen als Hof Nr. 12 eingetragen. 350 Jahre lang war der Hof im Besitz einer Familie: Stahl, von Leesen, Kahlke, von Drathen (Der Familienname wechselte durch Einheirat). Otto von Drathen hatte schon vor 1919 die erste Transformatorenstation auf seinem Hof errichtet. Das war die frühe Zentrale der Stromversorgung in Groß Nordende. Von 1895 bis 1923 befand sich im Haus das Amtsbüro des damaligen Amtsvorstehers Johannes von Drathen. 1968 verkaufte Otto von Drathen den Hof an Claus Schwartau, dessen Sohn Wilhelm 1973 den Betrieb übernahm. 1995 wurde die Landwirtschaft aufgegeben.
