Deutsch: Groß Nordende (Schleswig-Holstein) – Dorfstraße 4 – Wohnhaus von Drathen - Baujahr 1914 - Foto: 2020
– Das abgebildete Haus liegt etwas zurückversetzt an der Dorfstraße, Es ist ein traufenständiges, zweigeschossiges Wohnhaus mit ziegelgedecktem Mansarddach. Das Dach ist durch einen zur Straße zeigenden Zwerchgiebel erweitert. Diesem vorgelagert ist ein Erker, der einen Balkon trägt. Diese Konstruktion wird als Söller oder Altan bezeichnet. Der Eingang liegt auf der Vorderseite des Hauses rechts neben dem Erker. Die eher städtische Bauweise war seinerzeit neu für das Dorf. Zahlreiche weitere derartige Wohnhäuser entstanden kurz vor dem Ersten Weltkrieg in Groß Nordende.
– 1910 verkaufte Diedrich Piening das Grundstück an den Gärtner Claus von Drathen. Dieser errichtete dort 1914 das abgebildete Haus anstelle eines abgebrannten Vorgängerbaus.
