English: These types of people still retain the ancient culture and tradition. In today's modern age of internet, children are forgetting these readily available cheap toys. Especially in the months of February, March and April, festivals and fairs organized on the occasion of Hindu religious festivals such as Shivratri, Neel Puja, Charak Puja, Gajan, Ramnavami, Hindu New Year, Bengali New Year, etc. In this fairs, even in this modern age, such ordinary creative people participate. They can be seen who keep the tradition of rural culture alive by making toys available with little capital. The importance of these affordable handmade toys in instilling values in children is undeniable. The old man in the photo is making toys truck at the Shivratri fair by purchasing scrap wood from the saw mill at a low price.
বাংলা: প্রাচীন সংস্কৃতি ও ঐতিহ্যকে আজও ধরে রেখেছেন এই ধরণের মানুষগুলো। আজকের আধুনিক ইন্টারনেটের যুগে শিশুরা ভুলে যাচ্ছে এসব সহজলভ্য সল্প মূল্যের খেলনা। বিশেষ করে ফেব্রুয়ারি, মার্চ ও এপ্রিল মাসে হিন্দুদের ধর্মীয় উৎসব যেমন শিবরাত্রি, নীল পূজা, চড়ক পূজা, গাজন, রামনবমী, হিন্দু নববর্ষ, বাংলা নববর্ষ, রামনবমী উপলক্ষে যেসব উৎসব ও মেলা আয়োজিত হয়, সেখানে আজও এই আধুনিক যুগেও এই ধরণের সাধারণ সৃষ্টিশীল মানুষগুলোকে অংশগ্রহণ করতে দেখা যায়। যারা সামান্য মূলধনে সহজলভ্য খেলনা তৈরি করে গ্রামীণ সংস্কৃতির ঐতিহ্যকে বাঁচিয়ে রেখেছেন। শিশুর মূল্যবোধ জাগিয়ে তোলার ক্ষেত্রে এসব সহজলভ্য হাতে তৈরির খেলনার প্রয়োজনীয়তা অনস্বীকার্য। ছবির বৃদ্ধ লোকটি স-মিল থেকে স্বল্প মূল্যে বাদ দেওয়া কাঠ ক্রয় করে শিবরাত্রির মেলায় বসে খেলনা ট্রাক তৈরি করছেন।
