| Description |
(8000 x 3589) During the winter, the road to Yaki Point and the South Kaibab Trailhead parking lot remain closed to private vehicles due to parking and road congestion. The park’s free shuttle buses provide visitors with access to Yaki Point and the South Kaibab Trailhead throughout the winter months. The Kaibab/ Rim Route Shuttle Bus provides access from the Visitor Center to Yaki Point, the South Kaibab Trailhead and the Yavapai Museum of Geology every 15 minutes from 6:15 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. during the winter months.
