| Description |
English: (1 in a multiple picture set) We have spent three different weeks at the Grand Canyon. In 2003 we rode the tram out along the east rim to Hermit's Roost. It had been a stormy morning and I was sitting on a log contemplating the scene when this raven landed on the dead tree. My goal when I have my camera is to be in the right place at the right time, and that is where I found myself. There were thunder storms over the canyon that day and the clouds made a perfect backdrop for the shot. |
