Throughout the year, the Desert View Gas Station on the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park has pay-at-the-pump gasoline and diesel fuel available 24 hours with a credit card. During the summer there is an attendant on duty from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The gas station is located near the entrance to the Desert View Campground. Learn more about things to do at Desert View here: <a href="http://www.nps.gov/grca/planyourvisit/visitorcenters.htm#CP_JUMP_85070" rel="nofollow">www.nps.gov/grca/planyourvisit/visitorcenters.htm#CP_JUMP...</a> There is no service station in Grand Canyon Village (26 miles to the west of Desert View). The nearest gasoline and diesel fuel to Grand Canyon Village is available outside the park in the Community of Tusayan, 7 miles/ 11 km south of the village at the Conoco Gas Station / Express Mini Mart.
