The building at the left (# 30) was projected in 1920 by José López Sallaberry, built from 1920 to 1924, and altered and extended from 1990 to 1992. At the right, the Telefónica Building (# 28), projected in 1925 by Ignacio de Cárdenas Pastor, built from 1926 to 1929, and extended from 1951 to 1955.
