Deutsch: Groß Nordende (Schleswig-Holstein) – Dorfstraße 54 – Ehemaliger Hof Kelting (Hof 10) – Foto 2020
– Das große backsteinerne Hofgebäude bildet eine Ausnahme im Ortsbild (Hof 10 nach Erdbuch von 1791). Es wurde 1886 nach einem Vorbild aus Kollmar errichtet, nachdem das alte Haupthaus des Hofes und weitere Hofgebäude durch Blitzschlag abgebrannt waren. Das traufenständige Gebäude verfügt über zwei Geschosse, dazu ein Mansardgeschoss und einen Keller. Es ist siebenachsig, wobei die als Risalit gestaltete Mittelachse ursprünglich die Eingangstür aufnahm. Diese ist jetzt teilweise zugemauert und durch ein Fenster ersetzt. Die Hausecken und die Ränder des Mittelrisalits sind mit gequaderten Lisenen versehen. Alle großen Fenster waren früher dreigeteilt, ursprüngliche Fenster sieht man nur noch im Mansardgeschoss und im Sockel. Das flache Satteldach war früher schiefergedeckt, es wurde 1976 durch ein Eternitdach ersetzt. – Im Erdbuch von 1791 ist Peter Nagel als Besitzer des Hofs eingetragen. Nach Nagel erwarb 1797 zunächst dessen Schwiegersohn Johann Springer den Hof. Infolge eines Konkurses gelangte der Hof 1816 in den Besitz der Familie Mohr. Nach einem Brand im Jahr 1867 (siehe oben) übergab Jakob Mohr das Anwesen seiner Nichte Ida Wiebe Früchtnicht, die es 1906 ihrer Tochter Margarethe-Rebekka und ihrem Schwiegersohn Ludwig Kelting übertrug. – Die Famile Kelting betrieb den Hof über mehrere Generationen. Er war Mastbetrieb für Rinder und Schweine mit Futteranbau. 1990 wurde die Landwirtschaft aufgegeben, Ländereien wurden verpachtet.Quellen: English: Groß Nordende (Germany) – Dorfstraße 54 – Former farm Kelting (farm 10) – photo 2020 |
