Description

El origen de la Goya es por demás pintoresco. Se cuenta que en la primera mitad de los años 40, llegó a la Preparatoria un escuálido muchachito llamado Luis Rodríguez, quien al paso de tiempo se convertiría en el más dinámico porrista y quien por su extrema delgadez fue apodado "Palillo".

"Palillo" se las ingeniaba para negociar con los encargados de los cines aledaños a la Preparatoria el acceso de algunos estudiantes que preferían este entretenimiento a las cátedras escolares. Los cines en cuestión eran el Río, el Venus y el más cercano a la preparatoria, el Goya. Y entonces, cuando los muchachos buscaban irse de "pinta" al cine, gritaban ¡GOYA!.Fue así que surgió la porra universitaria, que hoy en día coreamos todos los universitarios que dice: ¡GOYA! ¡GOYA! ¡CACHUN, CACHUN, RA, RA! ¡CACHUN, CACHUN, RA, RA! ¡GOYA! ¡¡UNIVERSIDAD!!
