Description
English: Accompanying note: "With two large plastic bags of autographed white sox on his desk, Florida Gov. Bob Martinez jokes with reporters, 5/11, in his office. Martinez was given the sox, a White Sox T-shirt and a 25,000 name petition calling for the Chicago White Sox to move to Tampa. Tampa radio station WYNF started the drive and station Vice-Pres. Shawn Portmann, (back, l) and disc jockey Ron Diaz, (back, r) made the presentation, and were responsible for the drive to move the team."
