| Description |
English: A random selection of West Africa household gourd bowls and gourd utensils displaying different simple marks from scoring done by African farmers to identify their gourd crops. Many gourds are cut in half to make bowls or spoons, so only the side that was marked has them, not the other half, thus why some gourd bowls have them and others don't. |
