Description
Deutsch: Gottliebenkapelle in Worms Herrnsheim: Ansicht vom Park. Vierseitiger romanisierender Komplex mit Kirche und Kreuzgang, erbaut vom Architekten Gabriel von Seidl, München als neuromanischer Werksteinbau auf kreuzförmigem Grundriss. Ausstattung mit eingeschossigem Kreuzgang mit Grabkammern. Allee Etwas oberhalb auf der Herrnsheimer Höhe befindliche Grabkapelle der Freiherren von Heyl zu Herrnsheim, mit einem Kreuzgang. Sie wurde im Jahre 1891 erbaut und befindet sich im Familienbesitz. Die Nutzung als Grabstätte begann 1915 mit dem Tod der Ehefrau Sophie Freifrau von Heyl zu Herrnsheim geborene Stein, (1847 Köln - 1915 Bad Ems). Erbauer und Ehemann Cornelius Wilhelm von Heyl zu Herrnsheim (1843–1923) wurde acht Jahre später 1923 neben ihr bestattet. Der Industrielle Cornelius Heyl hatte 1883 Schloss Herrnsheim nebst Park von John Dalberg Acton gekauft.
