Description
English: Detail of the book held open by St. Vincent in the "Panel of the Prince" (third panel) of the St. Vincent panels attributed to Nuno Gonçalves (c.1465-70). The left page has been identified by historians as a passage from the Gospel of St. John (specifically, John 14: 28-31), and the right page (more framentarily) as the Preface to the Pentecost from the Roman Missal.
