English: U.S. Naval Base, Guanatanamo Bay, Cuba, Jan. 15, 2002 — The Honorable Gordon England, Secretary of the Navy, recently toured Camp X-Ray at the U.S. Naval Base, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to see first hand the condition of the Taliban and al Quida detainees housed there.
