Español: Comida tradicional de México. Usual en la zona centro de la república y muy popular en el estado de Aguascalientes. Las gorditas son elaboradas con masa de maíz, más gruesa que una tortilla, que se abre para rellenar con diferentes guisados o alimentos y a veces queso. La imagen muestra una gordita de papa con queso (arriba) y de frijoles con queso (abajo). Las gorditas suelen acompañarse con salsas, en este caso de molcajete (roja) y de chile de árbol (verde), además del acompañamiento de requesón y totopos con cebolla frita. Las gorditas de la imagen son de un negocio familiar en la ciudad de Aguascalientes, famoso por la calidad de su masa y el sabor de sus guisados. |

Si vives o visitas Aguascalientes, no dejes de probar las gorditas. Son parte de la gastronomía de todo el país y muy populares en Aguascalientes. Pueden ser muy nutritivas dependiendo del guisado y son deliciosas.
