A simple method to construct the Golden Spiral using a compass, ruler and a pen on a plain paper. Steps involve initially getting the perpendicular to a line followed by completing the square. Then the bottom side is bisected. From this point a diagonal is drawn to the opposite corner followed by completing the arc on the bottom side that has been extended further.
