Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Fleet number 37527, registration number YN58 ETV, is one of First Buses fleet carrying the Gold Medal "Sheffield" livery. This is in contrast to the company livery seen in SK3587 : First Bus. Like that other bus, it is also a Wright Eclipse Gemini body on a Volvo B9TL chassis, but dates from 2008. It is passing through Arundel Gate on the 98 route between Totley Brook and Hillsborough.

The Gold Medal liveries celebrate successful Olympians, and below the window line this bus carries an image of Gavin Walker MBE, captain of the teamGB wheelchair rugby team that won Olympic gold in Tokyo 2020. Gavin lives in Rotherham, and plays for the Leicester Tigers.

Like the bus in SK3587 : First Bus, this carries an advertisement for a summer superhero cinema extravaganza, although from a different comic book lineage.
