English: Glenfinnan viaduct On the ex-North British line from Fort William to Mallaig you will pass over this stupendous curved viaduct over Glen Finnan. What a pity that children in schools learn much about generals who fought in wars overseas, but little or nothing about the engineers and men who created masterpieces such as this. |
