Description
English: Local train entering Glasgow Central.
Coming off the Clyde Bridge into one of the east side platforms, one of the numerous suburban trains of the 1950s, steam-hauled before the electrification of the 1960s predominantly by 2-6-4Ts (LMS and BR Standard). About to pass an ex-Caledonian 0-4-4T of much earlier years on pilot duties, is BR 4MT No. 80003 (built 10/52, withdrawn 3/65) on a train probably from the Hamilton direction.
