Description
Français : Giverny.- Jardin de Claude Monet. L’allée centrale du Clos Normand restitue l’atmosphère orientale par le choix de bambous, de ginkgos biloba, d’érables, et de pivoines arbusives du Japon, ainsi que les lis et les saules pleureurs.Au fond de l'étang le pont japonais, a été peint en vert par l'artiste, et non pas en rouge traditionnellement utilisé au Japon..
English: Giverny - Monet´s Garden and Bridge. The central aisle of Clos Normand recreates the oriental atmosphere through the choice of bamboo, ginkgo biloba, maple, and Japanese tree peonies, as well as lilies and weeping willows. At the bottom of the pond, the Japanese bridge was painted green by the artist, and not red like in Japan, traditionally used in Japan.
