| Description |
English: Gifford and Garvald Railway. Branch line serving rural East Lothian. Long closed, most of the trackbed is a cyclepath, but the loss of the viaduct over the Humbie Water means that the path stops near West Saltoun. The section through Saltoun Big Wood is easy to follow though. This picture is taken facing east towards the site of Humbie Station and just outside the forest on Bughtknowe Farm. |
