Description
English: Composite skeleton of a giant ground sloth (Eremotherium eomigrans) on display in the Fossil Hall of the Florida Museum of Natural History in Gainesville, Florida. It was discovered at the Haile 7C fossil site, in Alachua County, Florida, and dated to 2 million years old (late Pliocene); articulation of the composite skeleton credited to Matt Smith.
