Description

The Big Wild Goose Pagoda stands as a monumental piece of Buddhist architecture in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China. Originally constructed in 652 during the Tang Dynasty, it was built to house Buddhist materials collected from India. The pagoda has survived the test of time and natural disasters, albeit with repairs and renovations, and now stands as a proud symbol of Xi'an and a UNESCO World Heritage Site as part of the Silk Road network.

Visitors can climb its winding staircases to view ancient Buddha statues and enjoy panoramic views of the city from its arch-shaped doors.
