English: Ghatal Devta Temple located in Baitod Ward No 4 of Kanchanpur District. This temple is located at a distance of about 10 km from Mahendranagar. On the right side of the road is the greenery of the upper part. The temple complex is decorated with red cloth. In this temple, there is a statue of Ghatal standing with a sword in his hand. To the right and left of the idol are idols of various deities. There is also a stone of Ghat under the idol of Ghatal deity. In front of the temple, there is an idol of King Malla sitting with folded hands. There is also a statue of Ghatal under the small guard on the right and left. This Ghatal deity has been established here as the chief deity of Bista families.
