فارسی: ساختمان مسکونی فعلی سفارت آلمان در سال 1977 در شهر تهران، خیابان الهیه ساخته شده است.
با توجه به عمر 40 ساله ساختمان، سقف آن به مساحت 180m2 شروع به نشت و نفوذ به ساختمان کرد و سقف در چند بخش آسیب دید که نیاز به بازسازی کامل و آب بندی داشت. که برای اولین بار در کشور از محصول سیکا لاستیک 614 به عنوان یک ممبران مایع توسط تیم پیمانکاری محسن فراهانی انجام پذیرفت و در وب سایت شرکت سیکا به عنوان نمونه کار و پروژه برتر درج گردید . |
