Español: "A 1 año de la inauguración oficial del MuBo -Museo de Bomberos de Chile-, les presentamos una foto poco conocida de nuestro primer Mártir, German Tenderini, posando con una de sus esculturas. Murió en 1870 en el incendio del Teatro Municipal. Hoy, una de sus calles laterales lo recuerda. Patrimonio puro". German Tenderini y Vacca (Carrara, Toscana, 1828 - Santiago, 8 de diciembre de 18701 ) fue un artista, filántropo y comerciante italiano radicado en Chile y el primer mártir del Cuerpo de Bomberos de Santiago.
