ASTERS GERMAINS GIANT COMET BRANCHING ASTERS Even with the most expensive reproduction process it is difficult toconvey the real beauty of the splendid development of the good old Aster. The iridescent coloring of these great chiysanthemum-like flowers nearlyas large as a saucer, with beautiful curved petals, makes a brilliant dis-play in the garden, and the fact that they will keep well as cut flowersfor a week or ten days is especially appealing to the busy housewife. TheGiant Comet is the finest among the loosely formed or ostrich feathertype. The plants grow to a height of about 2 feet, are of full foliage anddioop just enough for a graceful appearance. Planted from Februaryto May, the Aster will furnish a continuous reward of gorgeous bloomfrom July to October, It grows easily, likes sunshine and a moderateamount of water.
