Deutsch: In ein Glasrohr, Länge 40cm, Durchmesser 5cm, sind zwei Platinelektroden eingeschmolzen und an einen Zündtrafo für eine Ölheizung angeschlossen (15kV 20mA) anschließend wurde das Rohr mit einer Hochvakuumpumpe evakuiert. In der Mitte sind zwei Magnete installiert, welche das Plasma auseinander drücken.
