Italiano: Gerardo Bodin de Chadelard, direttore sportivo della U.S. Frusinate, prima società polisportiva di Frosinone. Il 5 marzo 1906, in corso Vittorio Emanuele 2 (oggi corso della Repubblica) Frosinone - Leone Vivoli da' vita alla Unione Sportiva Frusinate. Gli obiettivi nell'atto costitutivo includono la diffusione degli sport atletici atti a favorire l'educazione fisica ed intellettuale della gioventù frusinate. Tra di essi, all'articolo 1, vi era mensionato il calcio. Il 14 marzo 1906 Il Messaggero così riportava la notizia: «Composto di una trentina di soci effettivi, si è formato nella nostra città con locali in Corso Vittorio Emanuele n.2, un Club sportivo frusinate presieduto dall'avvocato Leone Vivoli. Consiglieri: studente R. Giovannelli - ragioniere G. Tora - ricevitore G. Pesci - ingegnere E. Marzi. Ispettore E. Toscano - segretario Gabriele Antonucci- direttore sportivo Gerardo Bodin de Chadelard» |

Italian law makes an important distinction between "works of photographic art" and "simple photographs" (Art. 2, § 7). Photographs that are "intellectual work with creative characteristics" are protected for 70 years after the author's death (Art. 32 bis), whereas simple photographs are protected for a period of 20 years from creation.
