| Description |
English: George Street and school Looking along George Street towards George Street School, which was built in 1908. After all the housing in the area was demolished to make way for the inner ring road the school was no longer needed and it has had several uses since. It has been disused for some time now and is up for sale, but whether it will survive the rash of redevelopment in Chester is anyone's guess. The cranes in the distance are on the former Delamere bus station site, progress on which seems to have stopped for the moment. |
