Several Local Real Estate Deals. Some very large real estate deals have been closed in Bound Brook during the present week. In fact, the movement of property has never been so brisk as at present. John Schulman, a local merchant, has purchased of Runyon Field nine houses on East street and eight on East Second street, the transaction involving a large sum of money. Schulman, in turn, has sold to George B. Lindauer, the property on Main street, known as the Union Hardware Annex. The property adjoins the present hardware business of Patrick Santomen. With his new purchases, John Schulman is one of the largest property owners in the borough. He owns the business building on Main street, in which his business is located, the old Ramsey building in the same block, the Schulman building on Maiden lane, and considerable property in South Bound Brook. A. Campbell, of Green Brook, has purchased the Bach property on Mountain avenue.
