Description
English: Brig. Gen. Stewart Rodeheaver, the commander of Georgia's 48th Brigade Combat Team, helps and Iraqi boy open a bag of school supplies in a newly dedicated elementary school near An Nasiriyah, April 5. The dedication of the school is the last major civil affairs project to be conducted by the 48th BCT during their tour in Iraq.
