Description
English: US Army General George Joulwan (center), Supreme Allied Commander Europe, receives a souvenir Implementation Forces flag as a gift from soldiers of the BELUGA Group, at a logistics camp at Visoko, Bosnia and Herzegovina, during Operation JOINT ENDEAVOR. The group is comprised of contingents from Belgian, Luxembourg, Greece, and Austria, hence its name, "BELUGA."
