Description
English: Erbaut 1912/13 bei Alex Stephen&Sons in Glasgow für die Koningklijke Hollandsche Lloyd, Stapellauf am 20.5.1913. Antrieb: zwei klassische Kolbendampfmaschinen. 1940 kam das Schiff unter die Befehlsgewalt der italienischen und später der deutschen Kriegsmarine, das Schiff war aber Rotkreuz-mässig neutralisiert. In 77 Missionen hat die "Gradisca"15‘662 Verletzte und 43‘676 Kranke transportiert und hat den Krieg trotz einer langen Reihe von Zwischenfällen heil überstanden. 1946 Auflaufen und provisorische Hebung, 1949/50 schliesslich Abbruch in Venedig. Nicht gelaufen

Beschreibung: Erbaut 1912/13 bei Alex Stephen & Sons in Glasgow für die Koningklijke Hollandsche Lloyd, Stapellauf am 20.5.1913. Antrieb: zwei klassische Kolbendampfmaschinen. 1940 kam das Schiff unter die Befehlsgewalt der italienischen und später der deutschen Kriegsmarine, das Schiff war aber Rotkreuz-mässig neutralisiert.
